Our Navien tankless water heater was acting freakish, taking up to 20 minutes to make it warm enough to take a shower without a sudden blast of cold water. Navien recommended LGE, but at first we were reluctant to call them because of their $189 flat diagnostic fee. After calling several others that did not seem to know what was wrong (and one estimated up to $500 without any assurance the repair would work), we called LGE. Salvador arrived within the hour and within the hour after that, he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Well worth it!

It was a shot in the dark when I found LGE on Yelp. Turns out they responded promptly and were at the site few hours later. They replaced shower valve and changed a kitchen faucet that was constantly causing leaks as tenants tend to pull the sprayer too much. I wish they would have replaced with a bit better faucet, but I was not at the location and didn’t ask what brand or style I was getting, however, the problem was solved as the new faucet does not have sprayer as I requested. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism and my tenants were happy with the workers manners and the results. They seem to care about the customer and quality of their work. Price was fair. I will call again in the future.
