During my kitchen remodel in 2020, my contractor brought in LGE Prime for some gas line work and to pass inspection. I was impressed with the thorough and precise job they did. So when I had a non-emergency squeaking sound coming from multiple water faucets, I called LGE Prime. Luis came to my house the next morning and after some detective work, isolated the problem and fixed it. I trust LGE Prime for diagnosis and repair. Truly professional and friendly customer service. Update - June, 2023. The shut-off values for my bathroom sinks & toilets were ancient. I decided on preventive maintenance and had LGE Prime Plumbing replace the valves and supply lines before leaks and water damage caused major problems. Easy scheduling at my convenience. Two guys did all the work in a timely manner; clean, professional, friendly, competent and communicated clearly. LGE continues to be my go-to professionals for all my plumbing needs. Update - April, 2024. Obviously LGE Prime Plumbing is my go-to plumber. Toilet in my guest bathroom finally needed replacement. Easy scheduling. Clean, efficient and friendly service. I trust these guys!

A plumber was able to come to my home very shortly after I called for emergency service. I appreciated the fast service, and the plumber was very respectful. I would happily call again. It turned out that my sink faucet issue was easily resolved. (Yes, you will pay the minimum in-person visit charge even if the fix takes zero supplies and only 10 minutes.)

I have used LGE Prime twice now, and they were excellent both times. They are quick to get to your plumbing needs, and they are easy to communicate with. Salvadore was the plumber for my last call to them. He was just the nicest guy all around!!! He didn't rush, he pointed out new issues, he knew what he was doing, and he was careful within the area that he was working. I highly recommend LGE Prime, and I will use them again when needed.

All of the guys at LG Plumbing are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They are also punctual and friendly, explaining exactly what needs to get done. They always leave the area spotless when they finish the job.

A last minute request was honored and a crew was dispatched quickly. Crew showed up and did a stellar job of finding a leak in our shower. Sadly, it wasn’t plumbing but failing tile. They were pleasant and informative and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend.

We have used LGE Prime Plumbing for many years. Slab leak, shower, washer and refrigerator valves and most recently a new hot water heater. Luis and his team have done a 10/10 job every time. They are knowledgeable, clean and respectful of property. They did a great job bringing my hot water heater up to code when they replaced it. By far the best plumbing company I’ve ever used.
