• All plumbing work is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion, depending on the service.
• Any materials we supply are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll handle the process for you.

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Customer-supplied materials or equipment.
• Pre-existing issues (like hidden corrosion, improper past work, or structural problems).
• Damage from misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
• Work altered by third parties after our service.
• Normal wear & tear, hard water or poor water quality issues, or damage from natural events.
• Claims made after the guarantee period.

Drain Cleaning Policy

Drain cleaning restores flow, but due to the nature of plumbing systems, we cannot guarantee drains will stay clear after service. Recurring clogs may be caused by:

• Tree roots, cracked or bellied pipes, or heavy grease buildup.
• Foreign objects flushed down drains.
• Lack of proper clean-outs or declined camera inspections.

We’ll always advise on the best long-term solutions, but future stoppages are considered new issues, not callbacks on prior work.
